In 2008, Governor Schwarzenegger has signed 772 bills and vetoed 415 bills.  The state legislature is in final recess and will officially adjourn the 2007-08 session on November 30.  The 2008-09 legislative session will begin on December 1, 2008.

On February 27, the deadline to introduce state legislation, 850 bills were introduced.
