Effective Communication:
California Arts Advocates sponsored arts funding legislation, AB 1365 in 2007 and AB 2728 and arts resolutions in 2008 that would cast a spotlight on the public value  of the arts, leading up to budget hearings and the Governor's May revise. CAA is
the sponsor of AB 700,  legislation that will invest in the arts and the communities arts organizations and artists serve.
